A genuinely quiet day. Of the filings we screened, nothing was adverse, nothing was a surprise, and the supervisor pass logged it a clean day. On a day like this the honest thing is to say so — and to note the two or three items that are worth a reader's attention without inflating any of them.

## Worth reading

- **Zydus Lifesciences** filed an investor presentation claiming the #3 position in US generics by prescriptions, with FY26 EBITDA margins of 31.2% and near-zero net debt. It's a company-authored deck — marketing, not disclosure — but a clean worked example of what such a document can and can't prove about a moat. We pulled it apart in a separate piece: [Zydus Ranks Itself #3 in US Generics. Here's What Its Own Deck Actually Proves.](https://www.moatmarginresearch.com/zydus-reading-a-companys-own-moat-deck/)

## Worth noting

- **Jubilant Pharmova** disclosed a US FDA approval: *"USFDA has given its approval for the commercial batch manufacturing of the first product on Line 3 of Jubilant HollisterStier LLC contract manufacturing facility located in Spokane, U.S.A."* A real event, but a single narrow capacity addition with no financials attached — worth logging, not overreading.

## Faint texture

- Two micro-cap **director resignations** (Shri Krishna Prasadam; Gujarat Intrux) crossed the wire. Both routed to our governance re-screen as a matter of routine; neither carries an adverse read on the filing itself.

Nothing today moves the auditor-resignation counter or the fine-print watch. A slow day is data too.
