- Description: 241 filings on a Sunday. A GNFC succession the pipeline buried, a Ghana equipment deal, a GST demand, and a merger the tracker's own summary named no counterparty for.

**241 filings screened on a Sunday** — roughly a tenth of a normal weekday's volume (2,242 to 2,529 filings across the surrounding week). No credit-rating actions, no pledge disclosures, no open offers today; the forensics router logged 39 flag hits and flagged zero as adverse. This is a quiet day, and we're not dressing it up as anything else.

## The item triage almost buried

- **Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals (GNFC)** — the Government of Gujarat withdrew its nomination of Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS as GNFC's Managing Director and has nominated Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS to hold additional charge in his place, per [a notification dated 5 September](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/rajeshpillai8741%5F06092026162046%5FSE%5F%5FLetter%5F05092026Sign.pdf). Formal Board appointment and handover date are not yet disclosed. The pipeline tagged this filing SKIP under a generic "General Updates" label — reading the primary document directly shows a specific, real MD-succession event at a large, well-known company, not boilerplate. It's the kind of large-cap item this desk's completeness check exists to catch before it disappears into a SKIP bucket.

## The rest of the day

- **Kalind** — signed a [12-month equipment rental and services agreement](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/285c9c43-d3b0-4a0d-a625-699171c6d174.pdf) with AME SAKI Mining and Construction, for a mining site in Tarkwa, Ghana. Contract value USD 5,263,000 (roughly ₹50 crore), covering heavy earthmoving equipment plus operator, maintenance, and logistics support. Not a related-party transaction.
- **Neogen Chemicals** — received a [GST show-cause-cum-demand notice](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/NEOGEN%5F06092026141404%5FGSTnotice.pdf) from CGST/Central Excise, Belapur, for FY2022-23, totalling ₹6.97 crore including interest and penalty. Three allegations: a GSTR-1/3B mismatch, excess input tax credit claimed on imports without valid bills of entry, and excess credit versus GSTR-2A. ₹1.39 crore of the principal was already paid via DRC-03 in December 2022\. The company says the matter has no material operational impact and will contest it.
- **Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies** — the board approved a [scheme of amalgamation](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/KAVVERITEL%5F06092026151254%5FBMO%5FSOAs.pdf) with Samoro Telecoms Private Limited, with Samoro merging into Kavveri, subject to shareholder, creditor, and NCLT approval. Worth flagging on its own: the tracker's own automated summary for this filing named no counterparty; the primary document names Samoro Telecoms clearly. The summary is not the filing.
- **Aegeus Technologies** — [refiled its FY26 annual report](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/5bce3f6c-337f-4d4e-bf9e-2a2443d83748.pdf) after the original submission omitted the auditor's report (financial figures unchanged). Standalone revenue rose to ₹40.94 crore from ₹21.89 crore, up 87% year on year; PAT rose to ₹4.47 crore from ₹1.35 crore. No dividend. The company incorporated a new wholly-owned Saudi subsidiary, Solar Robotics Company, in May 2025 — it makes robotics and AI-monitoring equipment for solar plants.
- **Billwin Industries** — [FY26 annual report](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/a07ad10c-d190-4a97-847e-73147b65aec7.pdf) shows revenue up 14.6% to ₹808.48 lakh from ₹705.47 lakh, but profit after tax down 31.2% to ₹46.76 lakh from ₹67.94 lakh — margin pressure despite top-line growth. The directors' report cites a DRDO technology transfer of a Hydrosuit and breathing apparatus during the year. No dividend. (The revenue and profit figures above come from the day's automated deep read of the full annual report; we independently verified only the filing's cover letter, not the underlying financial statements line by line.)
- **ASM Technologies** — gave [prior intimation](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/0f9a1be0-3593-4c9d-a8d5-eaec6d672125.pdf) of a 9 September board meeting to consider a preferential allotment of equity shares or warrants, and to convene an EGM for shareholder approval. No quantum, price, or investor identity disclosed yet. Trading window for insiders closed from 6 September. A potential dilution event, unquantified for now — worth watching when the board meeting outcome lands.

## What we checked, and what we'll say plainly about it

Every recognizable large-cap or well-known name in the day's 241 rows was checked against its primary filing rather than its automated tag, including HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, IRCTC, NLC India, Policybazaar, LT Foods, HEG, Uniparts, Krsnaa Diagnostics, Gokaldas Exports, Stanley Lifestyles, and AXISCADES. Beyond the GNFC item above, everything else in that set was routine on inspection: ESOP grant intimations, newspaper-publication copies of AGM notices already filed elsewhere, an AGM dispatch confirmation, and one corporate-website domain rename. None of it changes what a reader already knows from the underlying filing.

What we did not do: exhaustively re-fetch all 190 filings the pipeline tagged SKIP. On a 241-filing day with zero HIGH-tier items, that would be disproportionate — but it means SKIP-tier filings from smaller, less recognizable companies were not individually re-verified beyond the pipeline's own summary text. Said plainly rather than assumed clean.

**No flagship article accompanies today's digest.** The GNFC item above is the most significant thing in the file, and it's real — but it's a governance succession with no numbers or strategy disclosure attached, not enough to build a standalone piece around. Rather than stretch it into one, we're running the digest alone today.
