**A backfilled edition.** The Mac Mini that runs this desk's filings pipeline went down ungracefully on the evening of 10 September and stayed down for several days; it's back up now, and the pipeline has caught up cleanly with real Ravens/Tyrion data for every missed day, including today's. The filings themselves are exactly as if nothing had happened — and today's flagship item is a big one: Indiabulls' first step into fintech, priced at over a thousand crore.

## The one to read first

**Indiabulls Limited** (formerly Yaari Digital Integrated Services) signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 70% stake in **Fintech Cloud Private Limited** for [₹1,050 crore](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/YAARI%5F11092026210441%5FBM%5FOutcome%5F11092026.pdf), valuing the target's full equity at roughly ₹1,500 crore. The deal will run through an NCLT-convened merger scheme under which Indiabulls Fintech will issue up to 21 crore new equity shares to Fintech Cloud's 70%-stake shareholders — still subject to NCLT, SEBI and stock-exchange sign-off. Fintech Cloud itself is a working, profitable business: it operates as a Loan Service Provider for regulated NBFCs, handling loan origination, underwriting and servicing, and reported ₹133.77 crore gross revenue and ₹30.31 crore profit before tax in FY2025-26\. This marks Indiabulls Enterprises' formal entry into fintech.

## Deals and restructuring

**AXISCADES Technologies** completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in **Cloud Wave Technologies**, a Bengaluru-based precision-engineering and manufacturing company, for [₹234 crore in cash](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/AXISCADES%5F11092026112018%5FAcquisitionUpdate11092026.pdf) — an enterprise valuation of roughly ₹260 crore. The deal also brings AXISCADES indirect 90% stakes in two Cloud Wave subsidiaries, Protohubs System Solutions and Aureate Polymet. The company frames this as accelerating the scale-up of its Aerospace Manufacturing platform, adding operational precision-manufacturing capacity alongside its existing product-based aerospace, defence and electronics businesses.

**Diamond Power Infrastructure** fully exited the NCLT insolvency mechanism a full year ahead of schedule, [prepaying the entire ₹2,401 crore resolution-plan consideration](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/DIACABS%5F11092026104334%5FRegulation30PressRelease.pdf) owed to its erstwhile lenders — ₹501 crore in cash plus ₹1,900 crore in 30-year bonds — instead of paying it out over the five years the plan allowed, with the final instalment originally due September 2027\. Every obligation under the approved resolution plan is now discharged; the company says its strategic focus shifts wholly to scaling MV/EHV cable manufacturing capacity as India undertakes its largest grid build-out to date.

## Infrastructure

**Brahmaputra Infrastructure** — through its Kamrup unit — signed a contract worth [₹46.63 crore with Northeast Frontier Railway](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/d6a50e45-821c-4f07-9cce-4cd6e86b7646.pdf) to build a road-over-bridge in place of a manned level crossing between Rangapani and New Jalpaiguri stations. The contract runs 18 months to completion (deadline August 2027), with a 48-month maintenance and defect-liability period starting once construction is certified complete.

## Also filed, thinner on detail

A cluster of SEBI SAST Regulation 29(2) substantial-shareholding disclosures crossed the tape today — Orosil Smiths India, Nuvama Wealth Management (promoter encumbrance-reason disclosure), Arman Financial Services, NCL Industries and Sinclair Hotels among them — none of which named the transaction size, price or direction in the filing summary; each would need the underlying PDF to say anything concrete. KSSMART's board approved raising authorised share capital and permission to raise funds via FCCBs and other instruments, again without a disclosed quantum.
