**Another backfilled edition** — the same Mac Mini outage that delayed 11 September's digest covered this Saturday too; the pipeline is now fully caught up with real data. No HIGH-triage filings crossed the tape today, but the most interesting item traveled the farthest: an Indian gold miner just started production in Kyrgyzstan, with that country's own president cutting the ribbon.

## The one to read first

**Deccan Gold Mines** reached a genuine milestone: [Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov inaugurated the company's Altyn Tor Gold Project](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/f54c6029-b62e-4862-a892-0f0da9e49614.pdf) in an online ceremony, attended by senior Deccan Gold representatives, project partner Avelum Partner, and India's ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic. Altyn Tor — operated through Deccan Gold's Kyrgyz subsidiary Avelum Partner LLC, located in Naryn region, roughly six hours by road from Bishkek — has now moved from exploration into actual production, with first gold doré produced in August. That makes Deccan Gold the first Indian company to take a gold-mining project in Kyrgyzstan to the production stage.

## Corporate actions

**Siemens Limited** issued notices to its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors as the next procedural step in amalgamating wholly-owned subsidiary Siemens Rail Automation into the parent company. The [NCLT Mumbai bench's order, dated 7 September, dispensed with the usual shareholder and creditor meetings](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/SiemensRaj%5F12092026120046%5FSEIntimation.pdf) since Rail Automation is wholly owned and no shares will be issued as consideration — today's filing is Siemens carrying out that tribunal direction, not a new corporate decision.

**IRM Energy** filed voting results and a scrutinizer's report from NCLT-convened meetings of its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors, held the same day — standard procedural evidence that a scheme of arrangement or restructuring is moving through its required approval stages.

## Leadership

**Kesoram Industries** disclosed a board reshuffle: Gautam Agarwalla was appointed Managing Director and Amit Agarwalla joins as Non-Executive Director, alongside three new Independent Non-Executive Directors — Charu Rajgharia, Himanshu Rajan and Aninda Chatterjee. The filing itself names all five appointees and their roles in full; no independent secondary report of the change could be located, but the disclosure reads as complete rather than the usual "PDF required" truncation.

## Also filed, thinner on detail

**Focus Lighting** issued a revised press release describing a commercial-portfolio deal with Ingka Centres India (IKEA's mall-operating arm), without disclosing deal size or terms. **VIP Clothing** approved allotment of 84,75,000 equity securities under a preferential issue at a September 12 committee meeting; issue price and allottee identity weren't in the filing summary. **Tavexia Lifecare**, **Padalpo** and **CSL** each carried routine SEBI SAST Regulation 29 substantial-shareholding disclosures with no transaction size or direction specified.
