**A genuinely quiet Sunday** — just 10 filings, mostly procedural voting results and scrutiniser reports. The one real story: a small heat-exchanger manufacturer landed a $23.66 million export order from one of Africa's largest refineries.

## The one to read first

**Patels Airtemp (India)** won a **USD 23.66 million (\~₹226 crore)** order from **Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals** in Nigeria, for [air-cooled heat exchangers to be delivered over 12 months](https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/7e1a3bc4-06b8-4133-a231-ca81e68e44b4.pdf) on a fixed-price basis. It's a genuinely large order relative to the company's size, and a named, verifiable customer rather than the "single order, customer not disclosed" framing the raw filing summary carried.

## Also filed

**Lenskart Solutions** increased its stake in associate company Dimension NXG (branded Ajna, an XR/smart-eyewear firm) to **9.01%** with a fresh ₹8 crore (₹79.97 million) investment — its [third such stake purchase this year](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/corporate/LENSKART%5F13092026172005%5FReg%5F30%5F-%5FIntimation%5FInvestment%5FDimension%5FNXG%5F13092026.pdf), following 0.68% in February and 1.69% in July, for a cumulative 4.17% added and ₹18.5 crore spent in 2026\. The filing frames it as deepening Lenskart's bet on AR/MR and smart-wearable technology; as a related-party transaction (Ajna is a Lenskart associate), it was structured at arm's length.

**Gland Pharma** is consolidating its US operations — acquiring 100% of step-down subsidiary Gland Pharma USA directly from its wholly owned Singapore holding entity, Gland Pharma International Pte. Ltd, an internal restructuring rather than a new acquisition. **DPSC Limited** disclosed the voting outcome of the 7th Committee of Creditors meeting in India Power Corporation's insolvency process, without detailing the vote count or resolution-plan terms. **BRPL** re-appointed Kaushalkumar S. Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director.

A handful of routine items closed out the day: scrutiniser's reports and voting results from Hybrid Financial Services, SIDH Finserve and other AGM/EGM filings, none disclosing resolution-level outcomes in the summary text; Horizon Industrial Parks filed its Q1 FY27 earnings-call transcript from the prior week; and Tempsens Instruments and Prime Fresh Limited carried standard scheduling and regulatory-approval notices.
