What runs every day

Same-day NSE and BSE filings are screened continuously, routed to the desk best placed to read them, and checked against primary documents — the same discipline behind this desk's published Weekly Digests (18,000+ filings screened, 7,000+ documents opened, in a single week). Every trading day, that same pass produces a short published edition: the filing count for the day, the 3–6 items that actually clear the bar, and — honestly, not just on good days — a note when the day was quiet and nothing did.

The rule here is the same one that governs everything else this desk publishes: nothing ships that hasn't been checked against the primary filing.

What it isn't

Not a summary of a summary, and not a substitute for the Weekly Filing Digest. The daily edition is the fast, thin surface — a same-day pointer to what got filed and why it might matter. The full verification pass, THE FINE PRINT and THE RECEIPTS sections, and the connective read across a whole week still live in the Sunday edition. Items that don't clear the daily bar but are worth tracking get staged there, not dropped.
